Kingston, NY (September 16, 2020) – Ulster County Comptroller March Gallagher released the 2020 Second Quarter Financial Report.As of June 30, the county has collected 46.5% of budgeted revenues compared to 48.0% collected at this time last year. Ulster County budgeted anticipated 2020 revenues of $342,876,601, a $13.6 million increase over 2019.As of June 30, the County has expended 37.9% of the projected budget compared to 41.1% at the same time last year.
